Anzhi Put Entire Squad Up For Sale; Mourinho Moves For Eto’o
In a bid to cut their running costs, Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala have put their entire squad up for sale, with Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho reportedly showing interest already in signing Samuel Eto’o and Brazilian attacking midfielder Willian. Earlier today Anzhi released a statement saying they wouldd be changing the way they were doing business as they looked to cut their budget by almost £50m a year.

Rivers State Lawmaker, Chidi Lloyd Granted N10m Bail
Chidi Lloyd, the embattled leader of the Rivers House of Assembly, was granted bail by Justice Latan Nyordee of a Federal High Court, Port Harcourt, this morning with the sum of N10 million and three sureties who must have landed properties in the state capital. He was ordered to deposit his international passport before the court. At the time of this report, Lloyd and his legal team were processing his bail papers.

Mr. Ndubuisi Benjamin, a 40-year-old prophet/pastor, faced Aba North Chief Magistrates’ Court in Abia on August 6, 2013, and was charged with ‘homosexual activity’. Benjamin, whose church is located at 89 Ukaegbu Road, Ogbor Hill, is accused of having carnal knowledge of a man against the order of nature. Cpl. According to him, socioeconomic activities have resumed in the affected states, adding that the people can now go about their normal businesses.

A high-ranking priest with the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston is facing a prostitution charge. Authorities say the Rev. Arthur Coyle was granted $500 bail after pleading not guilty Monday in Lowell to a count of sexual conduct for a fee. Coyle is the Episcopal Vicar for the Merrimack Region, meaning he oversees several parishes in the area. He lives at the rectory of St. Rita’s parish in Lowell. Police say the 62-year-old Coyle was arrested just after 5 p.m. Sunday after he was allegedly found with a prostitute behind a Lowell cemetery.
