Kim Makes First Public Appearance Following Birth Of Baby North

Kim Kardashian has been keeping a very low profile since giving birth to daughter North West on June 15, but the new mom is slowly inching her way back into the public eye! Kris Jenner Says Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's Baby, North, Might Appear on Her Talk Show. On Friday’s episode of ‘Kris’, Kris Jenner’s talk show, The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star makes a brief appearance, surprising her mom.
Though Kim’s first time in "public" was really just a pre-recorded video, she had nothing but sweet things to say to her “momager.” “I just wanted to say congratulations on your new show. I’m sorry that I couldn’t be there in person, but I’m just loving life at home a little bit too much right now,” Kim tells Kris. “But I watch you every single day and you are so amazing. You really are born to do this, so I just wanted to say I love you and have an amazing show.” Kim was causing the media to have a frenzy on July 30 when the television star posted a photo of her cradling a newborn baby to her Tumblr page. While the public thought this newborn was one of the first images of Kim’s daughter North, it was actually an old photograph of Kim holding her nephew Mason Disick.  Kris Jenner is Reportedly Stopping Kim Kardashian From Leaving the House Until They Sell First Pics of Baby North West Perhaps this little publicity prank is a sign that real photos of baby North are to come?
